You can do several things to prepare your body for sleep and rest. Insomnia treatment starts with a regular habit of purposeful exercises. When you maintain a good body health and an acceptable lifestyle, you're on your way to establish a good night's sleep. Always exercise in the early part of the day and never strain your body just before bed time. Skipping, jogging and aerobic exercises often help you increase energy demand and blood supply.
