'When is the best time to get pregnant?' is a question that our web site visitors ask again and again. The answer is simple, at the time of ovulation. Becoming pregnant however isn't simply a matter of depositing sperm in the woman at or around ovulation time. For the sperm and the egg to be fertile and for the male sperm count to be high a certain care of ones body and mind is needed. The woman's cycle should be plotted as best as possible and the couple should learn the tell tale signs of ovulation so as to know exactly when ovulation is about to occur. Once the couple is aware of the approximate ovulation time, make love once every 2 or 3 days, keep healthy bodies and healthy states of mind and then conception should occur without problems in the majority of couples.
